If you need more accountability to be successful with your plans then online coaching should be a serious consideration. Coaching can be added to your training plans as an ongoing compliance system or periodically in order to push beyond current plateaus or prepare you for specific (challenging) events in the near future (i.e., marathon, century ride, weight loss, major mountain climbs, etc.)
This service provides the athlete and non-athlete alike a customized and periodized training program that is effective and easy to use. Each client will receive a workout plan that is customized weekly or quarterly to meet the needs and goals of that individual. Daily workout details include target heart rate &/or power intensity, duration and coaches comments.

Coaching Options:
Option 1 (Basic Coaching)
Training plans are inserted into the coaching platform by your coach monthly with once per week modifications and with unlimited client initiated email contact. This program is centered on helping you set-up a training system to fit you.
Option 2 (Coaching, Testing/Training )
Training plans are modified once per week and client initiated email contact is unlimited. This program is centered on more individual attention by your coach who will provide monthly follow-up testing alternating with a one-to-one training session. This program will provide more hands on coaching to help maximize the training effect, your compliance and accomplishment of your goals.
Strategic Personal Training Sessions & Re-evaluations at the Lab
Tune-ups are re-evaluatons &/or one-to-one sessions with a Fit Stop trainer and technician to receive detailed explanation and demonstrations of exercises and training techniques. The Tune-up will keep you on the right track in your training program and introduce new challenge levels to your existing routine. Sessions can include:
Services are available in Southern California for training at, or near, the home or worksite. Training programs are conducted in or out of doors and include challenging yet appropriate cardiovascular and strength components.
All clients are treated like athletes in the sense that they can train with the same types of tools and programs that many elite athletes use. Of course the goals and the intensity levels may differ but the outcome is determined by the same judicious, progressive and periodized application of physical overload. We have also developed programs that work to encourage lifestyle change in individuals who may just be starting out ( i.e., Level 7 program).
