to the Fitstop's online training and guidance platform. This training plan site was created by exercise physiologists to help maximize your overall fitness and health through a flexible and systematic approach to exercise program.

The Fit Stop has launched it's online training plan site called traintowinonline.com (T2Win) providing FREE and easy access to a variety of training plans and tools.

"Training Plans of all types, shapes and sizes" 

Attention Athletes (that means everyone):

We've launched the initial stages of our unique site that will provide comprehensive training plans in a simple block format for both flexible, yet detailed, exercise planning. 

We are uploading new plans every week so keep coming back to see what new plans we'll have up and running.  You can check out a sample of how the plans work by viewing the video below or just go directly to the plan you desire. Plans will not only include the common variety; running, cycling, and multisport training plans but will also include plans like the following which are already in the pipeline:

  • Level 7 Lifestyle Change Program (7 weeks or 7 months)
  • Cycle Your 1st Century Ride Plan (6 months)
  • Corporate Executives Program (4 months)
  • Transition Plans (7 weeks)
  • Walk-to-Jog Program (3 month)

All Plans include a maintenance plan that includes a variety of 2-week block options to encourage your sustained Peak Fitness.

What's Unique About these plans?

  1. You will have the option to follow a traditional straight forward monthly progression or to incorporate training blocks that vary within every two week period. These options afford you flexibility to follow a plan according to your current needs and training status.
  2. You have options. The plans included within the FREE platform are contained in pdf or spreadsheet format for easy download into your computer or you have the option to upgrade the same plan to a more interactive platform (e.g., Training Peaks) with a ton more functionality. 
  3. You can also track and log your plan using the Training Peaks (TP) Basic Platform for FREE (See Video). This is for those of you who desire a state-of-the-art tracking system to record your workouts. The FREE access will NOT include the plan integrated within the TP Platform. You will need to use the FREE T2Win platform ( pdfs and spreadsheets) forms to keep you on track.
  4. Another option is to temporarily upgrade your membership plan to include the Training Peaks Platform and/or ONLINE COACHING from a pro. This is for those who desire a more interactive plan with tracking, logging and exercise device download capabilities and a coach to guide you along the way. There are additional fees for TP plans and/or Coaching.
  5. In a "nut shell" within each plan is a whole bunch of options to help you stay engaged in your training and at the same time follow sensible systematic training approaches.

  1. Full access to all traintowin training plans which includes downloadable spreadsheets, pdf's and associated exercise links.
  2. You can also access Fitstoptools.com another web site developed by the Fit Stop that provides simple intensity gauges, fuel tools and training guides to keep you on track and self aware during your fitness pursuits.  Go to www.fitstoptools.com to learn more. Check out the short videos for each of the over 15 tools available to date.  New tools will be added regularly.
