What do we mean by
 

The Half Marathon

BUILD YOUR FOUNDATION 1ST

The Buttons to the left follow a Traditional
" Linear" Plan which will incorporate training phases that progress over time. This side is your foundation before moving to the maintenance side. Linear plans can also be used to target one or two major endurance events that an individual might like to prepare and peak for.

MAINTENANCE

The buttons to the right follow a Non-linear format and incorporate all your training focus within a 2-week block. They do not follow any order. These can be inserted to enhance your fitness once you have your "platform" set. These blocks are more challenging. Try not to combine more than two challenge blocks without seperating them with a recover block.
