Testing ... There are three purchase options:

  1. Purchase the Comprehensive Profile for $119.00 which includes all the testing in the left column and automatically enters you into the Fitness Contest for TCSD's biggest engine and the age-group highest fitness score categories.

This entire profile, regularly $300, is now only $119 until Feb 1st (early bird) or $150 after Feb. 1st and up until race day March 12th. This is for a limited time only – You must purchase before the deadline(s) (but you can schedule your test anytime before May 2008). Note: The Cardio-Metabolic Exercise Profile by itself is regularly $200 ($150 for Raceplan members).

Plus optional add-on Hydrostatic Weighing. The skinfold bodyfat analysis is included with the Comprehensive Profile above. If you would like to use the "Gold Standard" Hydrostatic (underwater) weighing method to determine your bodyfat % you can choose to do so for an additional fee of $40.00 (reg. $50)

  1. Purchase a pre and a post Comprehensive Profile for only $195.00 which includes two tests and automatically enters you into the Fitness Contest for TCSD's biggest engine and the age-group highest fitness score categories + the most improved category.

Contestants must purchase the comprehensive profile to be eligible for contest prizes. If you would like to be eligible to win the MOST IMPROVED contest the special comprehensive fitness assessment will be offered twice, one at the beginning of the preparation phase (January 1) and another at the end (post DMCS race and before April 1, 2008), for the one low price of $195 (early bird) before Dec. 1, or $250 after Feb. 1st and up until race day March 12th. Train to win by entering the contest soon. There are a limited number of contest spaces available and you must purchase the dual test package before the deadline(s) . Also, you must complete your first assessment by January 30th to be eligible to win the most improved contest which ends on April 1. Other contest categories will need to schedule testing before April 1. There are a total of 8 possible winners. See contest links for more info.
