The Fit Stop Human Performance Lab presents a GREAT special low price on comprehensive fitness testing which will include a pre and post-race FITNESS CONTEST open to all DMCS participants.

The SPECIAL ... a testing program that evaluates your endurance performance and overall fitness. Testing includes ALL services listed in the column to the left.

This entire profile, regularly $300, is now only $119 until Feb. 1st (early bird) or $150 after Feb. 1st and up until race day March 12th. This is for a limited time only – You must purchase before the deadline(s) (but you can schedule your test anytime before May 2008). Note: The Cardio-Metabolic Exercise Profile by itself is regularly $200 ($150 for Raceplan members).

The CONTEST … a race preparation phase fitness challenge. This is a challenge to see who’s the fittest and who can make the greatest improvements during the preparation phase for the Criterium racing season. Great Prizes will be awarded to the following category winners.

  • Who has the biggest "ENGINE"?. The top male and female VO2Max score will win some great prizes worth over $500.
  • Age groupers Highest Overall Fitness Score Wins (6 age group winners will win prizes worth over $300)
  • The Most Improved Athlete of the contest will win some great prizes worth over $500.

Contestants must purchase the comprehensive profile to be eligible for contest prizes. If you would like to be eligible to win the MOST IMPROVED contest the special comprehensive fitness assessment will be offered twice, one at the beginning of the preparation phase (January 1) and another at the end (post DMCS race and before April 1, 2008), for the one low price of $195 (early bird) before Dec. 1, or $250 after Feb.1st and up until race day March 12th. Train to win by entering the contest soon. There are a limited number of contest spaces available and you must purchase the dual test package before the deadline(s) . Also, you must complete your first assessment by January 30th to be eligible to win the most improved contest which ends on April 1. Other contest categories will need to schedule testing before April 1. There are a total of 8 possible winners. See contest links for more info.
