The High Performers ... this program is set-up for those individuals who are in the off-season or base training phases. This is a 7 step plan to help implement some essential componants to establishing a better platform from which to train heavy or harder later on. This is a great program to help you begin a more periodized and systematic approach to your training where you can focus on learning to log and track your training and nutrition. This system works well at helping you take time to address some of your weaknesses (like core strength or functional motion) and turn them into strengths.
