Description:

This is an advanced exercise testing service providing you with critical fitness information that is highly specific to your health or fitness goals.  By determining heart rates and work rates at various ventilatory and lactate thresholds you can determine a very precise heart rate training zone to target your preferred training effect. Many of the generic heart rate training formulas do not take into account genetic and fitness related variables that can significantly alter those training guidelines.

Testing outcomes include:

Aerobic Capacity (VO2Max)

Metabolic Fitness (Lactate threshold)

Metabolic Efficiency (O2 economy)

Heart Rate and Power Training Zones
